Visiting a Painting

I recently got to see a couple of my paintings in their permanent home. I felt really honoured because there were only a few paintings on the walls and the owners were interior designers. The painting was displayed against a yellow wall and it looked like it actually glows.

The picture "Oh Deer" speaks to me of that special place we can all get into with God where we can be vulnerable as we are safe. All around is His presence, bringing beauty, light, warmth, hope and growth.

The owner of the painting actually moved to a forest a bit like this, even with deer, so that is really special.
