Living in the Chilterns, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, is a constant source of inspiration. I find myself drawn time and again to paint light, beauty and extravagant colour, which are, I believe, hints of Heaven.

I have had the privilege of walking my art journey with some amazingly gifted artists in my family, as well as locally and in France. I was delighted to be awarded the Pat Higgins award by Beechwood Artists in 2016 for ‘Azure’.

It’s that ‘other dimension’ we cannot quite see yet sometimes we can sense, that I am seeking to capture, perhaps rather like an X-ray camera.

M process is increasingly about exploring this other dimension and inviting you the viewer into this exciting journey. I am passionate about giving you something beyond the every day, to provide you with something unique that will inspire you and others even in the challenging times. It’s a bit ambitious perhaps, yet nevertheless it is what I love to do!

What others say about my work:

“I absolutely love the picture I have of the bluebells in Ashridge with the deer hiding which you painted. It always makes me happy and it’s my favourite painting – what a blessing it’s been to me over some tough times.” – Laura
